The Infamous Stringdusters have confirmed a four-show New Year’s run. The rising newgrass outfit released an expanded, two-disc deluxe edition version of their album Silver Sky via High Country Recordings and SCI Fidelity yesterday. The group’s New Year’s celebration will kick off with a show at New York’s Bowery Ballroom on December 27. From there the band will head south, including stops in Philadelphia and Falls Church, VA.
The Silver Sky-Deluxe Edition includes a disc of live recording sculled from four 2011 Thursday,The Stringdusters will celebrate New Year’s Eve at Charlottesville VA’s Jefferson Theater. This evening the group will perform at Northampton MA’s Pearl Street.
