Widespread Panic percussionist Domingo “Sunny” Ortiz has confirmed a few more side-project gigs before his main band reunites on December 30. Sunny will perform with his band Debris at Athens, GA’s the Blind Pig – Westside on November 9, Atlanta’s Peachtree Tavern on November 16 and Athens’ Hendershots Coffee/Bar on November 17. The group’s November 9 show has no cover charge and will feature Midnight Sun. Widespread Panic will return for a benefit show at Charlotte , NC’s The Fillmore Charlotte on December 30.
