My Morning Jacket have released official “bootleg” recordings of their December 27-29 New Year’s Eve run at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY. While My Morning Jacket has released soundboards from a few of their shows in the past—such as this summer’s Red Rocks run—it is a relatively rare occurrence. You can see a gallery of fantastic photos from their December 27 show here, and a video of the band performing “Octoplasm” live for the first time at the Capitol Theatre that night can be viewed above.
