Built to Spill will curate and perform at a three-night
showcase
during the Treefort Music Festival this year. As previously reported, the multi-band event will take place throughout Bosie, ID from March 21-24. Built to Spill’s showcase mini-fest will take place at the El Korah Shrine from March 22-24. Earth, The Thermals, El Ten Eleven, Deathfix, Menace Ruine, Wolvserpent, Tartufi, Blasted Canyons, Wax Idols and The Mallard will support the the hometown heroes at the El Korah Shrine. Other confirmed festival acts include: Camper Van Beethoven, Animal Collective, Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings, Youth Lagoon and Dan Deacon.

Frontman Doug Martsch handpicked each night’s showcase lineup and will play several special sets with his own band. On March 22, Built to Spill will perform their 1993 debut album Ultimate Alternative Wavers in its entirety. On March 23, the group will play a selection of material from throughout their career and on March 24, the group will offer a set of covers. After parties with Karaoke From Hell, a live karaoke band, will be held on all three nights.
