Ivan Neville and Tony Hall, (Dumpstaphunk), Stanton Moore (Galactic), Skerik (Garage a Trois), Roosevelt Collier (The Lee Boys) and Andrew Block (Big Sam’s Funky Nation) will join forces for a one-off Jazz Fest late night performance billed as “Fiya Powa!.” The group will assemble at One Eyed Jacks in New Orleans’ French Quarter on May 2 for the gig. Ticketing information and other details have not yet been announced, but the concert will likely take place after the Galactic show that is already scheduled at the venue earlier for in the night.
