Chris Coleman (Prince, Chaka Khan), Stanton Moore (Galactic), Dave Elitch (The Mars Volta), Jon Dette (Slayer) and more will be guest teachers at the Big Drum Bonanza drum camp. The event—which is put on in cooperation with Drum Channel—will take place July 3-7 at Drum Channel Studios in Oxnard, CA. The five-day camp will feature “boot camp” style sessions, masterclasses, clinics, privates lessons, a tour of Drum Channel, gift bags, prizes and giveaways. Students will spend eight hours a day learning from world class drummers. The camp costs $1,500-2,200, and those who are interested can register here.
