After returning home following Furthur’s recent East Coast run, Phil Lesh performed at San Rafael, CA’s Terrapin Crossroads last night. The bassist joined his sons Grahame and Brian, Ross James and Alex Koford as the Terrapin Family Band in the venue’s Grate Room. The evening benefited the Rainforest Action Network.

The ensemble ran through a mix of Grateful Dead material and covers, including Ryan Adams’ “Shakedown On 9th Street” and
Bob Dylan’s “Señor (Tales Of Yankee Power)” and The Deep Dark Woods’ “Two Time Loser.” Then, Harper Simon joined Lesh and The Terrapin Family Band for Graham Nash’s “Teach Your Children,” “Shakedown Street,” “He’s Gone,” “Friend Of The Devil,” Johnny Cash’s “Folsom Prison Blues” and “Sugar Magnolia.”

Terrapin Family Band will play their weekly show at Terrapin Crossroads this evening.
