The Rides, a new all-star blues-rock trio formed by CSN’s Stephen Stills, guitarist Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Electric Flag keyboardist Barry Goldberg will perform their first-ever shows next month. The super group will make their world debut at New York’s Iridium on August 28 and 29. The band will unveil material from their debut album, Can’t Get Enough, which is slated for release on August 27.

Can’t Get Enough was inspired by—and is an homage to—the now-classic 1968 album Super Session, which featured Stills on guitar on one side and Mike Bloomfield (Bloomfield had founded Electric Flag with Goldberg, who also played on Super Session as did Blood, Sweat & Tears keyboardist Al Kooper) on the other.
