The National will appear on Mindy Kaling’s Fox comedy The Mindy Project in an episode scheduled for air October 1. As the headliners of the fictional music festival, Pennyfarthing Music Festival, The National will perform an acoustic version of the Trouble Will Find Me track “This Is The Last Time.”

In addition to performing, National frontman Matt Berninger will have a few lines in the episode. While he only has a couple of lines, actor Ike Barinholtz said Berninger was a natural.
