After news broke of Kurt Cobain’s childhood home going up for sale, fans can own a piece of another music legend’s childhood as John Lennon’s childhood home is now for sale.

Located at 9 Newcastle Road in Liverpool, England, The Beatles frontman’s house will go on sale on October 29 and is expected to sell between $225,000 and $375,000. The current owner of the house claims to still have all of the original features intact. As far as Beatles history is concerned, the house is located near Penny Lane, and is where Lennon returned to write songs for 1970’s Let It Be.
