Sister Sparrow & the Dirty Birds sat in with moe. last night at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia. The band’s harmonica player, Jackson Kincheloe, joined moe. for “St. Augustine” before the entire group came out to help them close out there first set with a cover of The Band’s classic “The Weight.”

In another interesting move, moe. kicked off their encore by bringing a kid from the audience to come dance on stage. Someone shouted “play something to show off his funky dance moves,” and the band obliged while the kid danced away. The band has called the instrumental tune “Funky Dance Moves in A,” and last night was the first time that it was played.

moe. will wrap up their fall tour tonight with a show at the Orpheum Theatre in Boston.
