Warren Haynes, Jimmy Herring and More to Join Phil Lesh & Friends

Phil Lesh and Friends have confirmed a four-night run at San Rafael, CA’s Terrapin Crossroads from December 4-7. The “Friends” will feature classic Phil Lesh Quintet guitarists Warren Haynes and Jimmy Herring along with Furthur keyboardist Jeff Chimenti, Quintet drummer John Molo and Neal Casal of Ryan Adams and The Cardinals. Casal recently joined Lesh and Furthur during their run at the Greek Theatre for a set which included a cover of Ryan Adams’ “Let It Ride.”

To celebrate the occasion, there will also be a Ticket Release Party held on October 21 at Lesh’s Terrapin Crossroads where Lesh will play with The Terrapin Family Band for free.

Fans wishing to purchase tickets for the Phil Lesh and Friends shows can find more information via the Terrapin Crossroads website. VIP Packages are also available as well as VIP Travel Packages valued at $1,500.

best Phil band ever was with Jimmy and Warren.

My favorite lineup was the original: Lesh, Pevar, Herring, Borraco and Molo.

Not a big Barraco fan. Never did it 4 me, despite his enthusiasm. Never quite liked Warren nearly as much as his work w/ the Allmans (and even then prefer Trucks) Jimmy H, but my fave lineup was ’08 w/ Lesh, Molo, Larry C & Theresa W, Steve Molitz and Jackie Greene…

Why does Warren waste his time with a cover band?

Carl, your missing the point. That band hasn’t done anything yet, shows or release. A lot can happen between now and a tour. BTW its a side project not a real band.

One heck of a lineup. Would love to catch one of these shows. Warren is my favorite guitarist and just saw Panic last month, they were on fire as expected.
