Black Sabbath Add 2014 North American Dates

Black Sabbath have announced a series of North American tour dates for 2014. The band will return to the continent on March 31 with a show at Barclays Center in Brooklyn before playing a number of gigs in Canada. The tour will then wrap up on April 26 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

Black Sabbath are currently in the middle of the European leg of a world tour. The band recently released 13, their first album in 18 years, and their first to feature Ozzy Osbourne since 1978’s Never Say Die!.

Has anyone been to one of these shows? Are they performing material from the non-Ozzy years?

Saw Sabbath in August @ Bristow, VA… only Ozzy era material… 3 or 4 songs from their new album and the rest included at least 1 song from just about every album except Never Say Die. If you’re a fan, they are worth seeing but only after the first 3 or 4 dates… that gives Ozzy’s voice time to adjust to the rigors of touring… even then, there are rough spots, but he still hits on most cylinders… and the rest of the band sounds as powerful as you’d expect Sabbath to be…
