A special benefit and memorial show for The Yellow Dogs will be held at the Brooklyn Bowl this Monday, November 18. Nada Surf, Shirin Neshat, The Clean’s Hamish Kilgour, TV on the Radio’s Kyp Malone, Here We Go Magic’s Luke Temple and many more will performa at the event, which is set to begin at 7pm.

Two members of the Iranian-bred Yellow Dogs—Soroush and Arash Farazmand—and a friend were shot and killed in their Brooklyn apartment on Monday by a former member of their sister band The Free Keys. Both bands had relocated to Brooklyn in recent years in order to pursue their music in a less oppressive environment.

Ticket to the show are now on sale. Proceeds from the event will go to the families of the deceased, the surviving band members and to the medical bills of Sasan Sadeghpourosko, who was wounded in the shooting.
