Billy Joel has announced that he will be holding down a residency at Madison Square Garden for “as long as there’s demand.” The singer-songwriter now has five shows scheduled at the venue for 2014—on January 27, February 3, March 21, April 18 and May 9. Tickets for the newly announced May 9 show will go on sale this Saturday, December 7 at 10am.

According to Madison Square Garden, the agreement makes Joel the arena’s fourth franchise after the New York Knicks, Liberty and Rangers. The performer will even have his own MSG logo to be placed alongside those of aforementioned the sports teams. Joel has said that he plans to “mix it up” at his upcoming shows instead of essentially playing same concert over and over.

In addition to the MSG residency, Joel has also scheduled a New Year’s Eve show (with Ben Folds Five) at The Barclays Center and a run of Florida dates for January.
