Yonder Mountain String Band Confirm Spring Tour Dates

Yonder Mountain String Band have announced the second leg of their early 2014 tour. The band will now be making their way through much of the Midwest, Southeast and West in March and April. As previously reported, the first leg of the tour will take them through other parts of the Southeast and Midwest in January and February without Jeff Austin.

In related news, Yonder Mountain String Band will head to Puetro Morelos, Mexico for Strings & Sol December 11-14 before heading to Boulder, CO for a five night run at the Boulder Theatre December 27-31.

Yonder Mountain String Band celebrated Phish’s 30th anniversary by covering “Sand” and sharing a few words about the band at the Relix office. You can check out their performance and Phish thoughts here.

Jeff Austin will be joining Yonder Mountain String Band for their newly announced March and April Dates.

Oops, originally posted this in the RRE announcement, meant to put it here. And again, no shows in New England. It has been several years since they have played anywhere near me, to the point where I really don’t miss them or their music anymore.

They just played a weekend run in NE to close out their fall tour. Last time I checked Boston and Portland are indeed part of New England.
