Zen Tricksters, one of the longest standing groups in the jamband scene, have only played select dates over the past few years while their members focus on individual projects. However, the band has confirmed a 2014 reunion show.

On January 22, the band will take the stage at New York’s Brooklyn Bowl. Zen Tricksters have performed at the Bowl numerous times and appeared at Bowl founder Peter Shapiro’s former club Wetlands more than any other band. For this performance, the band’s lineup will include guitarist Jeff Mattson, keyboardist Rob Barraco, bassist Klyph Black, guitarist Tom Circosta, drummer Dave Diamond and singer Jen Markard.

Mattson and Barraco are currently members of Dark Star Orchestra, while Circosta and Black play together in both Jam Stampede and Klyph Black and Rumor Has It. Diamond performs with Assembly of Dust.
