John Scofield

Keyboardist Bob James, guitarist John Scofield, keyboardist Makoto Ozone, saxophonist Bill Evans, guitarist Russel Malone, Fab Faux bassist Will Lee and guitarist Mike Stern are among the acts slated to appear at Music For Tomorrow – A Benefit for Japan. The show will take place at New York’s Blue Note this evening and admission fees will be delivered as a charity to The Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami victims.

A note about the performance reads, “This coming March will mark the three-year anniversary of The Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami of March 11, 2011.
