New Monsoon will reunite for Garyfest 2 at the Last Concert Cafe in Houston on May 9 and 10. The band—complete with their original three-man percussion section—will be joined by special guests Tim Carbone (Railroad Earth) and Dan “Lebo” Lebowitz (ALO) for the show, which will honor the life of Houston-based music promoter Gary Hartman, who passed away in 2012.
