Questlove can now add “actor” to his job description. The Roots drummer’s dream of making a cameo on Law & Order: SVU finally came true last night, when he appeared on the popular television show as a murder victim (aka a corpse).

Law & Order: SVU star and hip-hop icon Ice-T first broke the news about the upcoming cameo when he tweeted a behind-the-scenes photo back in February. Questlove fans were happy for the drummer, who once told Us Weekly that it was his, “fantasy to play a dead body on Law & Order.”
