Nickel Creek to Perform on The Tonight Show

Nickel Creek will support their new album A Dotted Line with an April 2 performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The record, which drops on April 1, will serve as the trio’s first in nine years and their sixth overall. Following a seven year hiatus, A Dotted Line will coincide with their 25th anniversary as well as an extensive tour that begins April 16 in Birmingham, AL.

This is Nickel Creek’s first performance on The Tonight Show since Fallon took over, however the group has performed on the Jay Leno iteration several times.

Please stop saying “drops” in reference to an album release date. Once (Fox announcer) Joe Buck started saying it 3 years ago any street cred it had vanished instantly.
