Former Ween frontman Aaron Freeman will hit the road with his new solo band FREEMAN beginning with a slot at this year’s Lockn’ Festival in Arrington, VA. The band will then travel across most major markets around the country with a tour that stretches until November 8.

Joining Freeman on the road will be Chris Boerner (guitar), Joe Young (bass), Dave Godowsky (keys) and Kyle Keegan (drums). “The English and Western Stallion” is now available to stream below.

In addition to the tour the band will also release their self-titled debut album on July 22 via Partisan Records. Freeman discussed the record in a statement, saying that he wants this record to “pay homage to Ween.” “These are the same songs I would’ve written in Ween-except without [ex-bandmate] Mickey,” he said.
