Members of Galactic sat in with Widespread Panic for a number of tunes on Saturday night at the Mann Center in Philadelphia, PA. Stanton Moore was the first to make an appearance toward the end of the one-set show when he sat in on “Drums.” Guitarist Jeff Raines then took the stage for “Fixin’ to Die” and “Chilly Water” before saxophonist Ben Ellman and trombonist Corey Henry joined the band for a take on Dr. John’s “Familiar Reality” (a song that Panic covered during the Dr. John tribute show at this year’s Jazz Fest). Keyboardist Rich Vogel and singer Maggie Koerner, who has been taking up vocal duties with the band as of late, then joined Ellman, Henry and Panic for a set-closing rendition of Bill Withers’ “Use Me.”

Widespread Panic will continue their tour tomorrow night with a show at the Artpark Amphitheater in Lewiston, NY.
