School of Seven Bells will release the follow up to Ghostory in the near future, according to a press release. Prior to his passing, producer/guitarist Benjamin Curtis had recorded his portion of the record in its entirety, both before and after his diagnosis with T-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma. Now, bandmate Alejandra Deheza is planning to enter the studio to pick up where they left off. More details are expected to be announced soon.

The New York City rockers also recently premiered a video for “I Got Knocked Down (But I’ll Get Up)” on CultureCollide. The song was recorded entirely to Curtis’ laptop from his hospital bed in New York City. This is his final recording before passing away at the age of 35 in December of 2013.
