Leroy Justice lead singer and songwriter Jason Gallagher has composed the score for the new SyFy series Z Nation. Gallagher wrote the music for the first 13-episode season of the television show, which follows the epic struggle to save humanity after a zombie apocalypse. Z Nation debuts tonight at 10pmET/9pmCT.

Gallagher describes the score as “a combination of vintage guitars and modern synthesizer sounds, at times layered over driving rhythm tracks.” In addition to composing the music, he also contributes vocals to the opening theme song and appears in an episode as a barroom guitarist that is supposed to look like Keith Richards.
