Following a screening of the band’s latest episode of Sonic Highways, Foo Fighters took to the stage at the Showbox in Seattle for a 32-song, 3+ hour show that included the debut of new song “Subterranean,” which Dave Grohl said was requested by Butch Vig.

The band also dug into some deeper cuts during this semi-hometown show as they opened with “Winnebago,” a cut from Grohl’s 1992 cassette album Pocketwatch under the pseudonym “Late!” The tune has only been played by the Foo Fighters three times since 1996, when it was in heavy rotation. Other highlights included “Wattershed,” a cut from the band’s first album (recorded by Grohl in Robert Lang Studios, the studio featured in the episode) played for the first time since 2012. The tune was one of seven songs from the band’s debut album played on this night.

Next up for the Foo Fighters is the season finale of Sonic Highways, which centers around New York City. The episode is set to air December 5 on HBO.
