The second installment in our Relix Conversation series features guitarists Anders Osborne and Luther Dickinson discussing a variety of topics with Relix editor Dean Budnick.

Among them, their collaborative project North Mississippi Osborne, playing with Phil Lesh & Friends and what’s ahead for each respective artist. Osborne details his upcoming album where he recorded upwards of 80 songs.

Dickinson also dishes on his upcoming album with The Word, recounting stories of recording in the studio and coming up with the name for the album, Soul Food, after eating a large meal consisting of traditional soul food. The North Mississippi guitarist also talks about recording with The Replacements at a young age when his father was producing their Please to Meet Me record.
