My Morning Jacket continued their tour in support of The Waterfall, the Louisville outfit’s latest effort, with a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater last night. Being webcast on TourGigs with director Danny Clinch at the helm, the band tore through 29-songs in all, including a guest spot from Brandi Carlile to start the encore on “Wonderful (The Way I Feel).”

Carlile and frontman Jim James shared vocals on the song, with James thanking the singer for joining the band and commenting that she’ll be playing the famed venue tonight along with Gregory Alan Isokov.

Other highlights from the band’s set included a “Wordless Chorus” opener as well as notable jams in “Dondante,” “Anytime” and “Steam Engine,” which dropped into “Only Memories Remain” prior to the second jam. MMJ also typically stretched out “Phone Went West” and “Touch Me I’m Going to Scream.”
