Foo Fighters kicked off a two-night run at Milton Keynes National Bowl in England and welcomed some of the area’s most famed musicians for a special cover as Led Zeppelin’s John Paul Jones and Queen’s Roger Taylor sat in with the group for a cover of Queen’s “Under Pressure.”

Taylor replaced Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins on the drum kit and John Paul Jones joined Rami Jaffe on the keyboards for the tune. Before the song, as Hawkins took to the front of the stage to share vocals with Dave Grohl, he remarked that Queen was the first band to ever play Milton Keynes before encouraging Roger to start the song. Grohl also made a joke about the Foos being a “super duper group” with the addition of Jones and Taylor.

John Paul Jones has played with the Foos before, famously coming out alongside Zeppelin bandmate Jimmy Page at the band’s 2008 Wembley Stadium gig. The ensemble joined forces for covers of “Rock and Roll” and “Ramble On.”

Foo Fighters return to Milton Keynes tonight.
