For their Halloween run over the weekend, tripartite cover band Pink Talking Fish took on a “Where the Wild Things Are” theme, playing both Pink Floyd’s Animals and Phish’s Gamehendge over the course of two nights.

PTF started things off on Friday with a first set of Animals, along with songs from their other two namesakes woven in, then a second set of animal-themed songs, including Phish’s “Llama,” “Wolfman’s Brother” and “Your Pet Cat” from last year’s Thrilling, Chilling Halloween show in Las Vegas. PTF were all dressed as different animals and were joined by saxophonist Dana Colley on the night.

For their Halloween show, the group busted out Phish’s rock opera, Gamehendge, while wearing Lizards masks. For an extended, 40-minute encore, PTF were joined by all 12 members of ShwiKus along with Holly Bowling for Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” which led into Phish’s “Punch You In The Eye,” Pink Floyd’s “Shine On You Crazy Diamond” and Talking Heads’ “Once In a Lifetime.”

You can view the full setlists from the two nights below. Pink Talking Fish have also just announced a Dead & Company after party at The Palladium in Worcester, MA following D&C’s show at DCU Center on November 10. The band will once again be taking on their Pink Talking Fish are Dead persona by adding Grateful Dead tunes into their repertoire.
