The nominations for the 58th Annual GRAMMY Awards have been released. Among the nominees in the 83 categories are Alabama Shakes, who garnered several nominations for their Sound & Color record. The band is up for Album of the Year as well as Best Rock Performance (“Don’t Wanna Fight”) and Best Alternative Album. Blake Mills is also up fro Producer of the Year and the album earned a nomination for Best Engineered Album.

D’Angelo also earned a few nominations for his comeback record Black Messiah. “Really Love” is up for Record of the Year and Best R&B Song, while the album as a whole is up for Best R&B Album alongside Leon Bridges’ Coming Home, Charlie Wilson, Andra Day and Jazmine Sullivan.

Other notables include Courtney Barnett earning a nom for Best New Artist alongside James Bay, Sam Hunt, Tori Kelly and Meghan Trainor. Bob Dylan’s Shadows in the Night highlights the Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album category meanwhile Snarky Puppy’s Sylva and Bill Frisell’s Guitar in the Space Age! are among those nominated for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album.

In the rock category, Foo Fighters join Alabama Shakes in the Best Rock Performance category for their tune “Something From Nothing.” Other nominees include Florence and the Machine’s “What Kind of Man,” Elle King’s “Ex’s & Oh’s” and Wolf Alice’s “Moaning Lisa Smile.”

Best Rock Album includes James Bay, Slipknot, Highly Suspect, Muse’s Drones and Death Cab for Cutie’s Kintsugi. Meanwhile for Best Alternative Album, Alabama Shakes are joined by Bjork, My Morning Jacket’s The Waterfall, Tame Impala’s Currents and Wilco’s surprise release Star Wars.

In the jazz category, John Scofield and Josh Redman are among those nominated in the Best Improvised Jazz Solo category. Scofield also earned a nod for his Past Present record in the Best Jazz Instrumental Album category.

Best American Roots Performance include selections from Bela Fleck & Abigail Washburn (the duo are also up for Best Folk Album), Buddy Guy, Milk Carton Kids, Punch Brothers and Mavis Staples, meanwhile Best American Roots Song features Punch Brothers’ “Julep,” Jason Isbell’s “24 Frames” and others. Isbell and the Punch Brothers also highlight the Best Americana Album category, along with Brandi Carlile, The Mavericks and Emmylou Harris & Rodney Crowell.

In the Best Boxed Set category, Of Monsters and Men, Father John Misty, The Rolling Stones and the Grateful Dead all earned nods to go along with The Decemberists and Jack White’s Third Man Records’ Paramount Records release. The Grateful Dead are nominated for their 30 Trips Around the Sun box set.

The Dead Weather also make an appearance in the Best Music Video category, earning a nomination for their “I Feel Love (Every Million Miles)” video. The Jack White-led project is alongside heavyweights Kendrick Lamar, Taylor Swift, Pharrell and A$AP Rocky in that category.

Also featured in the video category is the Best Music Film selections, which includes Roger Waters’ The Wall along with Foo Fighters’ Sonic Highways and the Amy Winehouse documentary, Amy.
