Dave Harrington, one half of the duo Darkside, has announced that he will release his first solo album, Become Alive, under the name Dave Harrington Group. The album will be released on April 15 via Other People.

On the album, Harrington says, “Ultimately, this album is very personal. This is my first LP with my name on it. It’s me and a dozen of my favorite musicians and closest friends. That was the spirit of making this record: Bringing people together and playing, improvising, being present.”
