Ballroom Thieves will become the first national band to tour with a youth orchestra when the trio kicks off their spring dates with the Maine Youth Rock Orchestra next month.

MYRO, which was started in 2013 by the Maine Academy of Modern Music and consists of 25 12–18 year olds, accompanies bands for live shows and has worked with the Thieves and several other acts before. Their tour together will start out in Portland, ME, on April 15 and will include stops at Northeast festivals Roots on the River and Mountain Jam.

More information on the tour can be found here.
