Warren Haynes continued his Ashes & Dust tour with ChessBoxer and drummer Jeff Sipe last night at the Ogden Theatre in Denver, CO, trading some sit ins with opening act Jonathan Tyler and his band.

After a set that featured Ashes & Dust cuts like opener “Is It Me Or You,” “Company Man” and “Spots Of Time” and covers of Bob Dylan’s “One More Cup of Coffee” and The Beatles’ “Lucy In the Sky with Diamonds,” a clip of which can be viewed above, Haynes and company came back onstage for a two-song encore of “Angel Band” and “Soulshine.”

For a second encore, Haynes brought out opener Jonathan Tyler, along with his bandmates Ryan Ake and Aaron Haynes for “Two Of A Kind Blues” without Sipe, then Chase McGillis joined in on a run of Stevie Ray Vaughan’s “Pride & Joy” without ChessBoxer’s Royal Masat. Haynes also joined Tyler and his band during their opening set for JJ Cale’s “After Midnight,” which can be viewed below.

Haynes continues his Colorado run tonight at Aspen’s Belly Up.
