Yusuf/Cat Stevens continued his tour with his first stop in Nashville in 40 years, performing at the famed Ryman Auditorium and incorporating a few special guests throughout the career-spanning, 36-song set.

Among them, Jack White, whose Third Man Records’ home base lies about a mile away from the front door of the Ryman. White joined Yusuf on his own “Where Do the Children Play?” towards the end of the first set.

The appearance marked yet another live sighting of White, who is currently on a road hiatus but has still found his time on stage with Pearl Jam and supported his acoustic release with several television performances.

Later on in the show, Yusuf welcomed Bonnie “Prince” Billy to add vocals to a pair of tunes before the “Morning Has Broken” show closer. Also known as Will Oldham, Billy collaborated with Yusuf on “Welcome Home” and “Roses.”
