On December 11, San Rafael, CA’s Terrapin Crossroads will host An Evening with the Dead, an event featuring music and discussion with Phil Lesh and psychic medium Thomas John.

According to the venue, the evening will offer “psychedelic conversation about spirituality and the afterlife followed by music inspired by transformation, mind expansion and connecting with loved ones.” Lesh and John will engage in a discussion onstage, with John providing live psychic readings and delivering “messages from the spirit world to audience members.”

Lesh will also perform onstage with the Terrapin All-Stars, featuring Ross James, Scott Guberman, Dan “Lebo” Lebowitz and Alex Koford, playing music inspired by the night’s discussion.
