Danger Mouse and Sam Cohen will join forces to produce an imagined soundtrack to the Amazon series The Man in the High Castle dubbed Resistance Radio.

Brian Burton (Danger Mouse) and Cohen recruited the likes of Beck, Kelis, Norah Jones, The Shins, Angel Olsen and Benjamin Booker, among others, to cover songs from the early 1960s (the time period in which the show is set).

The Man in the High Castle is centered around the time period roughly 20 years after the Allied Powers lost World War II, with America divided between the Great Reich and the Japanese Pacific States. While the songs will not appear in the show themselves, Amazon will launch a website for the album on March 6 featuring original storytelling in addition to the music from the soundtrack.

In addition, Burton and Cohen will host a Resistance Radio event at SXSW featuring Cohen, Booker, Kevin Morby, Kelis, Grandaddy and more playing songs from the soundtrack. The show will take place March 14 at The Belmont in Austin, TX.
