On April 7, Melvin Seals and Leo Nocentelli will team up for a special collaboration dubbed The Funkin Truth at Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley, CA.

Seals, who rose to fame with his keyboard playing in the Jerry Garcia Band and who continues to lead the JGB, and Nocentelli, the founding guitarist of legendary New Orleans funk godfathers The Meters, will come together for a rare jam between the iconic musicians.
