Continuing to show their unmatched class, the members of Pearl Jam have reached out to pretty much every person they’ve ever played music with to invite them to join their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame next week in Brooklyn.

Focusing on the members of their various high school bands, the bands list of inductees has now grown to over 25 members, including the guy who played drums for about two and a half practices with guitarist Mike McCready’s 8th-grade group, Warrior.

“All of these folks were vital to the creation of Pearl Jam’s music,” frontman Eddie Vedder says of the invitations. “I definitely would’ve never written even half of Ten if Thomas Rowley had never joined my band freshman year and stolen my girlfriend two weeks later.”

“Plus,” he continues, “We really just didn’t want to receive any more really mean-spirited tweets about leaving people out. Come on, brooding artists have feelings too! I mean, like, ‘Meow!’ Am I right? Who’s with me?”
