Next month, Phil Lesh will once again team up with The Terrapin Family Band to continue their yearlong celebration of the 40th anniversary of the 1977 Grateful Dead with a recreation of two classic shows from that year at Lesh’s Terrapin Crossroads.

On May 10, Lesh & TFB will revisit the Dead’s legendary performance at Cornell University’s Barton Hall on May 8, 1977, one of the most revered shows in the band’s history. The next night, May 11, Lesh and company will recreate the gig that followed up that one, their May 9, 1977 performance at Buffalo, NY’s War Memorial Auditorium. Both iconic concerts will also be included in an upcoming vinyl release.
