Robyn Hitchcock will continue to celebrate the release of his self-titled record, which marks his 21st studio recording, with a special run of shows as he teams up with longtime friends Yo La Tengo for two shows in California.

Beginning September 29, the ensemble will hit the stage at The Fillmore in San Francisco and then also play the Regent Theater in Los Angeles on October 1. Together, Hitchcock and Yo La Tengo will perform his classic 1981 solo debut Black Snake Diamond Role at each of these shows.

Hitchcock is on the road for much of the fall, with dates across the country as his tour continues September 2 in Woodstock, NY as well as a stop at Baby’s All Right in Brooklyn. Consult the full schedule here.
