As previously reported, Allman Brothers Band co-founder Dickey Betts will return to the road this year with a batch of tour dates and festival appearances, and the guitarist has confirmed his band lineup for the endeavor today, according to Sarasota, FL’s Herald-Tribune.

Betts had previously noted that his son, guitarist Duane, would be joining the band, and filling out the lineup will be guitarist Damon Fowler—a former member of ABB founding drummer Butch Trucks’ The Freight Train Band—keyboardist Mike Kach, bassist Pedro Arevalo and dual drummers Frankie Lombardi and Steve Camilleri. Duane, Lombardi, Kach and Arevalo were all members of Dickey’s Great Southern band before his 2014 retirement.

Dickey’s manager David Spero notes that the guitarist “has said he wants to cover a lot of the Allman Brothers songbook on these dates as well as paying tribute to Gregg. There will be some great surprises in the show!”

The tour will kick off in the Allman Brothers Band’s longtime home base on Macon, GA, and will reportedly hit stops in Florida, Connecticut, New York and at Pennsylvania’s Peach Fest. See the schedule below.
