A new festival is coming to Montana this summer, as the inaugural Moonlight Musicfest has been announced at the Big Sky Resort with headliners The Wood Brothers, Bruce Hornsby and The Noisemakers and Grace Potter.

Also set to play the festival are Chris Robinson Brotherhood, Sam Bush Band, Anderson East, The Suffers, Mission Temple Fireworks Revival featuring Paul Thorn & The Blind Boys of Alabama and local acts The Well and Hawthorn Roots. The weekend will kick off with a Thursday night Music in the Mountains show featuring Jeff Austin Band and The Two Bit Franks.

Moonlight Musicfest will take place August 17–18 in the Madison Base Area and Moonlight Basin at Big Sky Resort in Big Sky, MT. Early bird tickets for the festival go on sale May 15 at 8am, with remaining tickets on sale starting June 1. More information can be found at the festival’s website.
