Last Monday, October 11, current Dark Star Orchestra bandmates Jeff Mattson and Rob Barraco (who perfomed together for many years in the Zen Tricksters) appeared at Mexicali Live as Mattson/Barraco & Friends. Mattson played guitar while Barraco moved from his typical keyboard seat and focused on bass in a quartet that also included Jason Crosby (keyboards, fiddle) and Joe Chirco (drums).
