Trey Anastasio will release a double live album, titled Plasma, due April 29 on Elektra. The discs feature more than two hours worth of material recorded during Anastasios summer and fall tours in 2002. The album includes originals such as First Tube, Mozambique, Night Speaks to a Woman and Simple Twist Up Dave as well as Bob Marleys Small Axe and Phishs Magilla. There are also seven previously unreleased tracks.
Trey and his band will tour later this spring. Look for an announcement by the end of this month. The official website is www.treyanastasio.com.
