Non-profit organization Conscious Alliance will be collecting canned food items at all Sound Tribe Sector 9 shows this summer. Any fans that donate a minimum of 10 cans will receive a limited edition 11 × 17 poster (for 100 cans, you get an autographed poster). In addition, Conscious Alliance is accepting $1 donations for Project Restoration, which will purchase a food storage unit for the Lakota Tribe, on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, in South Dakota. All food items will benefit Second Harvest Food Shares well as the Elders and Peoples of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
For more information, visit Sector 9s official website. The band plays tonight at The State Theater in Portland, ME.
