Govt Mule has confirmed the initial itinerary of its fall Rebirth of the Mule Tour, which will also feature Chris Robinson & New Earth Mud. As the name suggests, the tour will include Mules new permanent bassist, although an announcement on that is not expected until September. The jaunt kicks off October 10 at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia and includes stops in New York, Maine, Massachusetts, Ontario, Illinois, Minnesota, Louisiana (a Halloween show at the Saenger Theater in New Orleans), Alabama and Tennessee. More dates will be added.
The bands holiday run is slated for December 26 31, with the final three dates of the year scheduled for New Yorks Beacon Theatre.
