Dickey Betts joined Dave Matthews Band Monday at Continental Airlines Arena in New Jersey. Betts took the stage towards the end of the set for Jimi Thing, which lasted nearly twenty minutes. Earlier in the night during Betts opening set with his band, Great Southern, DMBs Carter Beauford and Leroi Moore sat in for Jessica.
Meanwhile, Daves solo disc, Some Devil, is set for release on September 23. The album features guest guitarists Trey Anastasio and Tim Reynolds, who join bassist Tony Hall (Bob Dylan, The Neville Brothers, Willie Nelson) and drummer Brady Blade Jr. (Emmylou Harris, Steve Earle, Chris Whitley).
