This evening at the Showbox in Seattle, the present incarnation of the Steve Kimock Band will begin a two week western swing. the SKB is currently a quintet with Kimock joined by longstanding members Mitch Stein on guitar and Rodney Holmes on drums along with bassist Leo Traversa and keyboard player Jim Kost. The band’s three night stand at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco on May 5-7 will serve as the release event for Steve Kimock Band: Live in Colorado, Vol 2 which offers two discs of music from the Gothic Theater last December 30.
