Once again Peak Experience Productions is working with String Cheese Incident to create an altogether novel festival experience at the band’s three Horning’s Hideout shows. This year’s ‘Living Dream Experience’ which will take place in North Plains OR on June 18-20, has been dubbed The Whole In One Festival. As with past events there will opportunities for audience-participation. On Friday, ‘a tribal stomp will offer all attendees the opportunity to cast our fears about the world-at-large into an fire cauldron and, in their place, create a radiant, energetic field of love that spreads outwards across the globe.’ On Saturday ‘an all-star cast of musicians collaborating with a hundreds of costumed performers, special theatrical effects, and the entire audience as self-empowered Living Dream Alchemists. This spectacle will bring to life through dance and music the amazing archetypal qualities of the five world topologies.’ As if all that weren’t freaky and fascinating enough, there will be six sets from String Cheese Incident along with music from Michael Franti & Spearhead, Sound Tribe Sector Nine, Keller Williams, Xavier Rudd, DJ Harry and Hamsa Lila. Concertgoers are not required to join the festivities but those who do often rave about it. Details can be found at the Peak experience web site.
